nalfunctions

-the opening title card screen was formatted too short and you could see a small sliver of my live feed peeking out the bottom. this was actually not intentional, but i’m thinking it could take off if i embraced it and started doing that on purpose going forward. it was like a naughty little peek behind the curtain. very mysterious and beckoning. kind of like low rise jeans

-i think i hit a wrong button at one point

-somehow my audio was coming back doubled through the speaker when i had my phone call with chawn. because of this, we were unable to get his movie review this week. i wonder how that happened. it sounded as though he was watching a live stream of the show, and audio from him watching was getting picked up by his phone and feeding back into the call. now that i think about it, my delayed echo was coming through sounding like it was coming through the phone line, which would mean the delay wasn’t happening on my end. but, chawn says it wasn’t anything he was doing, so it’s just one of those mysteries for the ages. also it is kind of strange that the echoing didn’t happen when we talked to jp on the phone for half an hour later in the show. weird stuff.

- i think these were the only malfunctions the whole show, which is impressive. consider the fact that we a half hour longer than usual and it comes pretty remarkable to consider how efficient we were.
